I always wanted a racing car bed when I was a little kid. Clearly the owner of this Malibu home had similar frustrations.
The design is pretty interesting.
with the wings of decommissioned Boeing 747 as its foundation.
At a cool $35,000, the plane’s wings make up the roof of both the master bedroom and art studio;
the fuselage; which makes up the body of the art studio, guesthouse and barn, the cockpit which has been used to create a meditation pavilion and further fittings and materials which have been dispersed through the entire building.
The home has had to be registered with the FAA so that it is not mistaken for a downed plane.
